“It all started on the very first visit by your sales estimator. He was very thorough in his explanation of the product, the choice in doors and knobs and further suggestions that would allow me more room for storage. He even estimated these extras separately, in case you could not afford them now, but possibly in the future. I especially appreciate the offer to order special knobs I had liked and found myself, which you agreed to special order for me. He also explained the time it would take to get materials and how long after it would take for the tear out and installation.
After comparing prices with other contractors, I decided to go with Quality Cabinet Refacing. Everything went exactly as I was told and was actually completed a day early. It all went so smoothly and professionally that I was hardly aware that my kitchen was being torn out. I also felt confident with the installers and the fact that you were there to make sure all was going according to plan.
