This is the second time we used QualityCabinet Re-facing. We had a re-face done in our first hoome and we loved it! It is still looking good several years later. I wanted to write this letter to let you know what a beautiful job you and your installers did on my new kitchen. The beauty is the most obvious result of my new kitchen, but what is not seen is the outstanding expierience of the entire process.
It all started on the very first visit by your sales estimator. He was very thorough in his explanation of the product, the choice in doors and knobs and further suggestions that would allow me more room for storage. He even estimated these extras separately, in case you could not afford them now, but possibly in the future. I especially appreciate the offer to order special knobs I had liked and found myself that you agreed to special order for me. He also explained the time it would take to get materials and how long after it would take for the tear out and installation.
After comparing prices with other contractors, I decided to go with Quality Cabinet Re-facing. Everything went exactly as I was told and was actually completed a day early. It all went so smoothly and professionally that I was hardly aware that my kitchen was being torn out. I also felt confident with the installers and the fact that you were there to make sure all was going according to plan.
After the counter tops were placed on, the outcome was indescriable in words. I have had many kitchens put in my homes throughout my years, but this was the most stress free, professionally planned and executed project I have ever had done for me. I love the kitchen and would highly recommend Quality Cabinet Re-facing Inc. to anyone, any place at any time.
